FULFILLMENT OF THE INFORMATION OBLIGATION
Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on Data protection), hereinafter 'Regulation 2016/679', AC SA Informs that the administrator of your personal data is: AC Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Białystok, ul. 42 Infantry Regiment 50, 15-181 Białystok. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of:

Art. 6 sec. 1 point a) of Regulation 2016/679 for one or more specific purposes for which you have consented to the processing of your personal data - to the extent that the provision of data is optional (e.g. consent to newsletter subscription);

Art. 6 sec. 1 point b) of Regulation 2016/679 for the purpose and scope necessary to conclude and perform a contract, including a distribution contract, a contract for membership in the Network of Authorized STAG Services or a contract for membership in the Recommended Service Workshops Network (applies only to cases when such an contract has been concluded with AC SA);

Art. 6 sec. 1 point f) of Regulation 2016/679 for analytical and statistical purposes - then the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator, consisting in the possibility of conducting commercial and market analytics, as well as collecting information on the preferences of business partners, including development or improvement of products and services;

Art. 6 sec. 1 point f) of Regulation 2016/679 in order to pursue possible claims or defend against such claims by the administrator - the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator, consisting in enabling the investigation or defense against claims.
Your personal data will be transferred, if necessary, to entities with which the administrator cooperates, such as: suppliers of IT systems and IT services, entities providing to AC S.A. Legal and advisory services, etc., postal operators and couriers, banks in the field of payment processing, as well as authorities authorized to receive your data on the basis of legal provisions. Your personal data will be stored in principle for the duration of the contract or consent granted. The period of personal data processing may be extended each time by the period of limitation of claims, if the processing of personal data is necessary for the pursuit of possible claims or defense against such claims by AC S.A. After this period, the data will be processed only to the extent and for the time required by law, including tax law.
Providing your personal data referred to in point b) above is a condition for the conclusion and performance of the contract referred to in this point. Each of the consents given may be withdrawn at any time, which in the case of consent to the processing of data in connection with the contract referred to in point b) above, will result in the termination of the contract with immediate effect. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal, as well as the possibility of data processing on the basis of applicable law. For evidence purposes, AC S.A. Asks you to withdraw consents in writing or electronically. You have the right to request the administrator to access the content of personal data, the right to request rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data, at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data - i.e. the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of Regulation 2016/679. Your personal data may be processed in an automated manner and may be profiled.
